ElmosExpert is a subsidiary of Elmos. Since 1997, we have been looking for the perfect click between talented IT professionals and companies from diverse sectors – banking and insurance, services, the pharmaceutical sector, industry, press and media, telecom, retail, and the public sector.

Now that the war for talent is raging more than ever, the same companies are trying to bring in as much talent, knowledge and manpower as possible. Consultants, on the other hand, attach more and more importance to a healthy work-life balance. As a result, they want to conclude their experience with a permanent position at an employer that suits them in every way. ElmosExpert wants to reconcile both parties by actively responding to their needs, both in the short and in the long term.

ElmosExpert brings companies and consultants together on a Try & Hire basis: an employer can engage a consultant chosen by us for a period of 12, 18 or 24 months. During this period, both parties can get to know each other better, with a view to long-term cooperation and permanent employment. In the meantime, ElmosExpert also takes care of the follow-up and coaching of the consultant.
